The story
After more than 20 years in hotel management, Nelly and her brother Lionel Rolland decided to share their know-how and the successful recipe for profitability.
In 2020, in the difficult context of COVID-19, Nelly and Lionel Rolland, owners of a group of Paris hotels, internalised all the support activities that are essential to the running of a hotel, with a view to reducing costs. The strategy paid off, building a high-performance group through the recruitment of a young, innovative team specialising in 3 areas: operational management, revenue management and marketing & communication.
Like the major hotel groups, we are developing our own growth model based on operational excellence, financial profitability and innovation. A great success, because all the group's establishments continue to increase their sales and offer a quality service by putting people at the heart of their actions.
On the strength of this success, more and more hotels wanted to use our services. In 2022, we decided to found En Suite to pass on our vision.
Our aim is to offer a personalised service based on trust. We take overall responsibility for hotels in order to limit the costs of external service providers and guarantee a totally transparent local relationship. En Suite's support is based on 3 pillars: our growth model, the centralisation of strategic activities and the expertise of our team.
