As part of this takeover, we worked together on the launch of an establishment. We proceeded in 3 phases:
- #1, The works During this phase, we drew up an operating budget, recruited operational staff and assisted with the choice of suppliers. We also took part in site meetings to ensure that safety standards were in place, and supervised safety commissions.
- #2, Pre-opening The opening: 6 months before the opening date, we are working on the commercial development and communication of the establishment. To do this, we are working mainly on the following areas:
- Market analysis
- Drawing up a pricing plan tailored to the facility
- Building a distribution strategy
- Negotiation of corporate and group contracts
- Implementation and configuration of sales tools (PMS, Reservation Engine, Channel Manager)
- Implementation of marketing strategies (website, acquisition campaigns) and communications (photo shoot management, social networks, press relations)
At the same time as these settings are being made, we are preparing for the operational opening:
- By structuring the organisation of the hotel and the distribution of tasks
- Training teams in safety procedures and standards
- Taking stock of inventory
- Integrating the operational side of new technological tools
- #3, Opening and management mandate Once the establishment is open, 100% will manage your business so that you are free of these burdens and can reap the rewards of a job well done. As soon as the hotel is ready to welcome guests, we will set up :

THE CUSTOMER
The establishment had been run by a couple for over 40 years. They wanted to retire, as they no longer had the energy or time to manage the hotel on a day-to-day basis. However, they did not want to sell their property, but rather to retain ownership, so a management mandate was the best option for them.
